This object is catalogued as Mandel-Wilson 2, and known also as the Dust Angel. It is made up of Integrated Flux Nebula (IFN). According to Steve Mandel-Wilson, IFN are "high galactic latitude nebulae ... illuminated not by a single star (as most nebulae in the plane of the Galaxy are) but by the energy from the integrated flux of all the stars in the Milky Way".
Not an easy object to image and for sure, not too easy to process the data. There are not that many images of this out there.
Don't forget to have a look at the Annotated Image in high resolution - it is interesting to note all those distant background galaxies.
